Refund policy

We accept exchanges and returns on all products with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. All return items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, FunGirl Jewelry reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Holiday Exchanges & Returns

For any orders placed between November 12th through December 20th, 2023, we will accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of the original delivery date.

Final Sale Products

All Last Chance products and engraved jewelry are final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Jewelry Gift Set/Bundle

Gift sets or bundles purchases must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a set/bundle, you must return all the products in the set to receive a refund.

International Returns

Please allow up to 30 days for our team to process refunds on any international orders.
